Our Constitution
Name
The full official name of this organization is “Jhenaidah Tech Explorers (J-TEx)”, which in Bengali translates to ঝিনাইদহ প্রযুক্তি অনুসন্ধানকারী.
The purpose of this name is to represent Jhenaidah district as a hub that promotes science, technology, and modern education across Bangladesh while supporting innovative needs.
Nature and Objectives
To inspire scientific, technological, and innovative thinking among students.
To encourage scientific practice and research at the local level.
To organize various workshops, seminars, competitions, and project exhibitions.
To prepare for and participate in national and international science fairs.
Finance
Funds will be generated through membership form sales and monthly subscriptions from members of the executive committee.
All accounts and relevant documents will be maintained by the Treasurer, who will remain accountable to the club.
The Treasurer must present the monthly income–expense report and all related documents at each monthly meeting.
Membership
Any student with a passion for science can become a member.
Membership is granted by submitting the prescribed form and paying the membership fee.
Each member must remain committed to regular participation in club activities.
Membership must be renewed annually by paying the renewal fee.
Organizational Structure
The organization will be structured into three councils, each with a tenure of one year:

General Members
Formation of Advisory Council:

Advisors will be selected from local teachers, guardians, social workers, and individuals with expertise or strong interest in science. The founder of the organization will approve the selections.

The Advisory Council will consist of 5 members, led by one chief advisor.
Formation of Executive Council:

The Executive Council will be formed from among the general members, based on the opinions of the advisors and all members. The Chief Advisor will approve this council.

The Executive Council will consist of 15 members.
Meetings

At least one general meeting and two executive meetings must be held each month.

In case of special requirements, the President or General Secretary may call additional emergency meetings.All decisions in meetings will be made based on the collective opinions of the members present.
Suspension / Membership Termination Policy
The founder, chief advisor, or president reserves the authority to suspend or terminate a member for irregularities, absence, misconduct, or actions against the constitution.
In their absence, the power to terminate any executive member lies with the general meeting based on the opinions of all present.
Preservation and Amendment
Amendments to the constitution may be made when necessary through general meetings based on collective agreement.
